About Jack Braswell
Jack Braswell is the President/CEO of Members Credit Union (MCU), a $200 million not-for-profit financial cooperative headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Braswell joined MCU on September 4, 1979, as Treasurer, and was promoted to his current role in 1991.
Braswell has held a seat on the MCU Board of Directors 29 years, and has served on numerous credit union boards and committees in his illustrious career including: the Political Action Board of Trustees, CUNA Mutual Policy Owners’ Council, Credit Union Service Corporation Operations Committee, various North Carolina Credit Union League (NCCUL) committtees, the Northwest Chapter Board, the First Carolina Corporate Credit Union Board. In 2004, Braswell was honored with the NCCUL’s prestigious “Mark of Excellence Award” for a career dedicated to leadership in the credit union movement.
